2.4 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you. GrowthSignalDigital retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary techniques developed during the engagement.

2.5 Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request and will be executed before any confidential information is exchanged.

2.6 Limitation of Liability. GrowthSignalDigital's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2.7 Termination. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, GrowthSignalDigital shall deliver all completed work and the client shall pay for all work performed up to the termination date.

4.3 Cancellation. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, all completed work up to the cancellation date shall be invoiced and is non-refundable. Any advance payments exceeding the invoiced amount will be refunded within 30 days.

4.4 Defective Deliverables. If delivered work does not conform to the agreed specifications in the SOW, GrowthSignalDigital will rectify the defects at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe. If rectification is not feasible, a partial refund proportional to the non-conforming portion will be issued.

4.5 Refund Process. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval via the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take additional processing time.

4.6 Dispute Resolution. Any disputes regarding refunds shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, in accordance with applicable Spanish law.
